Bent Over Low Pulley Side Lateral
Instructions
- Stand facing a low pulley with a handle attached.
- Bend over at the hips, keeping your back straight.
- Hold the handle with one hand.
- Raise your arm to the side until it is parallel to the floor.
- Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and switch arms.

- Rounding the back while bending over.
- Using momentum to lift the weight instead of controlling it with the shoulder.
