Bent Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise With Head On Bench

Instructions
- Place a bench in front of you and hold a dumbbell in each hand while bending over with your head resting on the bench.
- Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and your back straight.
- Raise the dumbbells out to the sides while keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, which leads to swinging and losing form.
- Rounding the back instead of keeping it flat.
- Not controlling the weight on the way down.
