Bench Sprint
An explosive exercise that combines elements of running and strength to enhance speed and power.
Instructions
- Place a stable, sturdy bench on a flat surface.
- Position oneself in a sprint starting pose with hands on the bench.
- Explode off the back foot, propelling forward over the bench.
- Land softly on the other side and continue the motion in reverse to return to start.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not landing softly, putting stress on the knees.
- Using a bench that's too high or unstable.
- Leaning too far forward, compromising balance.
