Bench Jump

Instructions
- Stand facing a bench with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower into a squat position, swinging your arms back.
- Explode upwards, extending your hips, knees, and ankles.
- Land softly on the bench with both feet.
- Step or jump back down to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not landing softly, which can lead to injury.
- Letting knees cave inwards on the jump or landing.
- Not using arms for momentum.
