Bench Dips
A great exercise for targeting the triceps using a bench.
Instructions
- Sit on a bench with hands next to your thighs.
- Walk your feet forward and slide your butt off the bench.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows to 90 degrees.
- Push back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping elbows close to the body.
- Dropping too low, beyond 90 degrees.
- Using momentum instead of controlled motion.
