Behind Head Chest Stretch
Instructions
- Stand tall, feet shoulder width apart.
- Raise both arms overhead.
- Bend your elbows and hold onto each elbow with the opposite hand.
- Gently pull your arms back, opening up your chest.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds.
