Bear Crawl Sled Drags
A strength and conditioning exercise that combines bear crawling with sled drags to build full body strength and endurance.
Instructions
- Begin in a bear crawl position with hands and feet on the ground, back flat.
- Attach a sled to a harness strapped around your waist.
- Keeping your core engaged, start crawling forward on your hands and feet, dragging the sled behind you.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back instead of keeping it flat.
- Allowing hips to sag towards the ground.
- Pulling with the arms instead of driving with the legs.
