Barbell Step Ups

Instructions
- Stand upright and position a barbell across the upper back, holding it with both hands.
- Position one foot firmly on a step or bench, and the other on the floor.
- Press through the heel of the foot on the bench, raising your body onto the platform.
- Lower your body back down, touching the ground lightly with your opposite foot.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the back straight, leading to strain.
- Pushing off with the lower foot, reducing the workout's effectiveness.
- Using too much weight, compromising correct form.
