Barbell Side Split Squat

Instructions
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell across your upper back.
- Step your right foot out to the side into a wide stance.
- Bend your right knee and shift your weight onto your right leg, keeping your left leg straight.
- Lower your hips down towards the ground, keeping your chest up.
- Push through your right foot to return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Allowing the knee to collapse inward.
- Rounding the back.
- Not keeping the chest up.
