Barbell Seated Calf Raise

Instructions
- Sit on the edge of a bench with your feet flat on the floor.
- Place a barbell over your thighs, just above your knees.
- Push through your feet to raise your heels while keeping the balls of your feet on the ground.
- Hold the top position for a second, ensuring a full contraction of your calf muscles.
- Slowly lower your heels back to the starting position.

- Bouncing the weight instead of controlled motion.
