Barbell Hip Thrust

Instructions
- Place your upper back against a bench and roll a barbell over your hips.
- Bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the ground.
- Thrust your hips upward, squeezing your glutes at the top.
- Hold for a moment and then lower your hips back down.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not using full range of motion.
- Letting knees fall inward during thrust.
- Arching the back instead of engaging the hips.
- Not squeezing the glutes at the top.
