Barbell Hack Squat

Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and hold a barbell behind you at arm's length.
- Keeping your back straight, squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back.
- Not bending the knees enough.
- Raising the heels off the ground.
