Barbell Ab Rollout On Knees
A 200-characters-or-less explanation of the exercise.
Instructions
- Kneel down and grasp a barbell with both hands, positioned shoulder-width apart.
- Engage your core and roll the barbell forward until your arms are extended in front of you.
- Pause briefly while maintaining a straight line from your neck to your knees.
- Reverse the motion by contracting your core to roll the barbell back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not engaging the core fully, causing lower back tension.
- Allowing the hips to sag during the rollout.
- Rolling out too far, beyond core stability limits.
- Using momentum to aid in pulling back instead of core strength.
