Back Flyes With Bands

Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and the band secured under your feet.
- Hold the band handles or ends, keeping your arms straight down.
- Bend slightly forward at the waist while keeping a straight back.
- Raise your arms out to the sides in a flying motion until they're parallel to the floor.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Bending the arms too much.
- Using momentum to swing the bands, rather than controlled movements.
- Not maintaining a slight bend at the waist.
- Not having control during the descent phase of the exercise.
