Atlas Stones

Instructions
- Stand directly in front of the stone with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Squat down and wrap your arms around the stone, getting your fingers underneath it.
- Lift the stone by extending your hips and knees, keeping your back straight.
- Once the stone is lifted to your thighs, re-position your arms under the stone.
- Drive through your legs to lift the stone onto a platform or over a bar.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back during the lift.
- Inadequate grip underneath the stone.
- Not positioning arms correctly for the final lift.
- Failing to drive through legs adequately.
- Improper stance leading to less stability.
