Atlas Stone Trainer
A strongman exercise mimicking lifting stones.
Instructions
- Position your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Squat down and wrap your arms around the stone.
- Lift the stone by extending your legs and hips.
- Get the stone onto your lap, then hug it tight.
- Stand up by driving through your heels, extending your hips and knees fully.
- Set the stone onto the platform or designated area.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using your back instead of legs to lift the stone.
- Not keeping the stone close to your body.
- Poor grip or hand placement.
- Rushing the lift without stable footing.
- Overextending the back when standing up.
