Arnold Dumbbell Press

Instructions
- Sit on a bench with back support.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing your shoulders.
- Press the dumbbells overhead while rotating palms outward.
- Lower the dumbbells back to the start while rotating palms to face shoulders.

- Not using a full range of motion or rotating the weights improperly.
- Using momentum instead of controlled movements.
