Arm Circles

Instructions
- Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your arms out to the sides parallel to the floor.
- Slowly rotate your arms forward in small circles without bending the elbows.
- Gradually increase the diameter of the circles over time.
- Reverse the direction of the circles after a specified number of rotations.
