Ankle Circles

Instructions
- Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
- Lift one foot off the floor.
- Rotate your foot in a circular motion using your ankle.
- Do 10-15 circles clockwise, then 10-15 counterclockwise.
- Switch to the other foot and repeat.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Moving the leg rather than just the ankle.
- Not keeping a consistent and slow pace.
- Doing too large or too small circles.
