Alternating Kettlebell Row
A 200-characters-or-less explanation of the exercise.
Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and a kettlebell in each hand.
- Bend your knees slightly and lean forward at the hips, keeping your back straight.
- Row one kettlebell to your ribcage, keeping your elbow close to your body.
- Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position and repeat with the other arm.
- Continue alternating arms in a controlled motion.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the back straight and rounding the shoulders.
- Using momentum rather than controlled muscle power to lift the kettlebells.
- Shrugging the shoulders instead of focusing on the back muscles.
