Alternating Kettlebell Press
The alternating kettlebell press is a shoulder exercise that involves pressing kettlebells overhead alternately.
Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell in each hand.
- Position the kettlebells at shoulder height and engage your core.
- Press one kettlebell overhead while keeping the other at shoulder height.
- As you lower the pressed kettlebell, simultaneously press the other one overhead.
- Continue alternating in a controlled manner.

- Overarching the back during the press.
