Alternating Cable Shoulder Press

Instructions
- Stand holding two cable handles at shoulder height.
- Press one handle overhead, keeping the other at shoulder height.
- Alternate the pressing motion with a controlled tempo.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Leaning back excessively.

- Allowing elbows to flare out too much.
