Alternate Incline Dumbbell Curl
An exercise targeting the biceps by curling dumbbells on an incline bench.
Instructions
- Sit on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging straight down.
- Curl one dumbbell up while keeping your elbow stationary.
- Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position as you curl the opposite dumbbell up.
- Continue to alternate between arms.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum to curl the weights.
- Not fully extending the arms between reps.
- Allowing the upper arm to move during the curl.
