90/90 Hamstring

Instructions
- Sit on the floor with one leg extended and the other bent at 90 degrees.
- Lean forward from the hips while keeping the back straight to stretch the hamstring of the extended leg.
- Hold the stretch for the required duration and repeat on the other side.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back instead of bending at the hips.
- Not keeping the leg extended and the foot flexed.
- Overstretching or forcing the stretch.
